We accept returns or exchanges by Mail for up to 30-days after an item was purchased. Items must be unused, and accompanied by the Packing Slip or Order Invoice.

If you accidentally bought the wrong size you can return that item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be applied to the payment method on which you made the online purchase and will appear in the form of a credit. Refunds
are processed to include the amount you paid for the item(s) along with any sales tax which was charged at time of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item along with the approval or rejection of your refund. This may take anywhere between 3-6 business days to be processed.

Exclusions to returns and refunds include incorrect shipping details provided by the buyer in the initial order along with sale bought items.

Only regular items may be refunded.

LATE / MISSING REFUNDS

Refunds may take anywhere between 7 to 14 business days to process, depending on the speed of the financial institution processing your request. If you have yet to receive the refund within the time frame, please contact your financial institution along with contacting our support team by emailing support@brixenbark.com

REPLACEMENTS

Only damaged and defective goods can be replaced, in such cases, please contact our support team along with forwarding us any images of the defect/damage.

We are unable to offer replacements without any proof of defect/damage.

Depending on your location, your replacement item shipping dates may vary.

Exchanges, replacement and refunds due to incorrect and inaccurate addresses in the original order are prohibited as the buyer is solely responsible for providing accurate and timely shipping information.

The management is not responsible for these type of errors and each buyer is responsible to give due diligence in this matter.

Replacements are limited to the original order and any exchanges in brand, design or color of the item is not allowed.

MISSING ORDER INVOICE

If you have misplaced or deleted the original Order Invoice email, you may obtain a new copy by logging into My Account if you have a
registered account. The Order Invoice reflects any discounts, shipping amounts, taxes, and original payment method details.
